House rules

During your stay you will enjoy the pool, the Mediterranean garden, breakfast on the patio and the cosy lounge. To keep this pleasant for everyone, we apply a number of house rules.

Booking and payment

For direct bookings you pay fifty percent of the total amount in advance to confirm the reservation, no later than fourteen days before arrival.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is before midday, no later than 11.30 am. Late check-out is possible on request for a surcharge, until 4 pm at the latest.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served on weekdays between 8.30 am and 10 am, and at weekends until 11 am. Depending on the weather, you enjoy it in the pergola, on the patio or in the reception room.

Swimming pool

The pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm, and in summer until 9.30 pm. Shower before swimming and use only plastic cups, no glass around the pool. Running, jumping and diving are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Outside you may smoke in the designated areas with ashtrays.

Pets

Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome for a surcharge of fifteen euros per pet per night. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be kept on a leash in the common areas.

Quiet hours

From 10 pm a legally required quiet period applies. We ask you to consider the other guests and not to play loud music or hold parties.

Parking

Parking is free. Do not park in front of the electric gate. The hotel is not liable for theft from vehicles.
